В суботу 18 грудня на кафедрі відбулося чергове засідання студентського наукового гуртка. Доцент кафедри Янкевич Олександр Олександрович запросив гуртківців до кардіологічного відділення Обласної клінічної лікарні, де висвітлив принципи роботи та організації лікувального процесу у ньому. Також було проведено майстер-клас із клінічного розбору кардіологічного хворого з виконанням ЕКГ та УЗД серця.

З 12 по 26 жовтня на кафедрі проводилися курси тематичного вдосконалення з ревматології. Загалом, до навчання долучилося 6 лікарів-ревматологів з різних лікарень міста та області. Отриманні знання лікарі успішно трансформували в 50 балів безперервного професійного розвитку власного портфоліо.
З 20 по 21 жовтня 2021 року в Харківському національному медичному університеті відбулася традиційна конференція «International Scientific Interdisciplinary Conference (ISIC)».
